Some guy named Alex Ferguson called me from 814-352-0206 and threatened to call the HR Dept and get me fired and he will have me arrested because I owed them money. He said the STATE OFFICERS were investigating my case as I was being sued for an internet loan I took out on 11/14. He mentioned he was calling from Morgans & Associates and also goes by many other names such as CashNet. When I told him that I researched his company and that it was fraudulent, he quickly said he will remove me from the system and update to make sure no one contacts me again. He was very adamant that he was going to need immediate payment or have to settle this in court. Lucky for me I had bank records from 12/5 when they were forced to refund the $30.00 they withdrew from my account.
