$69.72 on Jan 10/12 and $69.34 on Dec 12/11

I want to know how they got my bank info in the first place. The bank says they cannot do anything about it and I have to contact the ebiz company myself. There is no practical way to reach them, just by email/"tickets". I've even emailed the guy back who sent me the info in the first place and he does NOT respond to me. This makes me extremely upset because I just don't have extra money to through away to anyone.
