So i get this phone call from oxford loans and investments from a Ms. Tracey Styles saying i was handed to them through a lending tree and that I was approved for $5000 dollar loan an they emailed me a contract and i printed it off an filed it out even bank info then faxed the contracted back. Then i recieved a phone call from a Mr. Kevin Mcgill saying that i was approved and he recieved my secured funds of 670 canadian or 654.76 usd it was. Now today he calls an tells me that the lender backed out do to descirptances on my credit an that he is going to try an find another lender for me an it could take 1 to 5 buisness days for that an that he is a third party an doesnt get paid tell i get myloan. I kept everything from contract to my recipt of money wire every email every number and name of every person spoked to i think i got scammed almost sure of it said i could get a refund but i know it will never come...
