After filing on line for a loan, we were contacted by Alex at First Point Loans and told me we were approved for a secured loan. He explained that with a secured loan we would be required to put the first 3 payments down. We were then faxed the information, filled it out and returned
To guarantee 24 hour dispersal of funds we were instruscted to wire the money via west union money gram to their accounts receiveable. "Sheila Barnett" located in Canada.
After this we were informed that the secured party had BACKED OUT, but they had already secured another lender for an additional deposit. James Green was the customer service representative and informed us everything was set to go. Tried to contact them on the day prior to dispersal and found the phone no longer in service.
This company now has our bank account, my driver license number and my social security numbe
