MsPerfectHair Mistook my kindness for Stupidity

We signed a contract with Ms. Matthews some months back to take over payments of our car. She quickly became two months behind. We have worked with her and worked with her to catch things up, she has made tons of promises. None which were kept. She repeatedly violated toll booths knowing she did not have an EZ-Tag, toll violations equaling $1850. She paid these tolls in November, only for me to find out today that she then reversed the payment and reported it as an unauthorized transaction. Again, leaving me $1850 in the hole to the state. We pick the car up today, and it has had NO maintenance and is in terrible shape. So that will cost us about $4K. So all of you that are out a couple of hundred bucks for hair, be grateful that is all she got you for. I however, will be contacting a lawyer.
