I inquired about an elliptical after reading a post on craigslist.com, and soon after received an email linking me to the website HalfPriceBaZaar.com. The website was very professional looking and claims to have a Better Business Bureau rating of A (looking back I should have double checked the BBB website before ever making my purchase). I added the elliptical to my cart and proceeded with checkout, upon which they required that I pay using a GreenDot MoneyPak. A couple days later I stumbled across a few people who claimed to have been scammed by the site, so I started checking into it more. My MoneyPak has already been charged and we have tried to call the company 6 times without receiving a single call back. After looking into the matter further we discovered that the BBB does not accredit any such business. I have a feeling I won't be seeing my elliptical any time soon.
