I tried a z quite item because i have a snoring problem. I was about to return the item back after using it for a month, but then they insisted on trying a different model, so then after they insisted over and over i agreed they send me a new one and it arrives turns out IT DOSN'T WORK!!! I called back after using it for a month so they gave me a r.M. A number that i had to wright on the box so i did i sent it back 3 weeks have gone by, they are just playing it off that they never got it back!!! I gave it to my everyday mail man that i known for a while. Just yesterday 1/24 they said they need to speak with my mail man on the phone i called today 1/25 they told me another STORY they said we can't speak with your mail man or any carrier and i told them if they had the persons name that that they said 'LIED' they said yes we do and i said can i speak with him and they said no we can't transfer any call but to there boss and i agreed and she said we need our product back or we keep your money so i hung up on them. These people know I have SCHIZOPHRENIA and they are taking advantage of that they want to keep my money and keep on giving false advertisement please if anyone can help me please e-mail me at (Personal Information Removed) thank you
