Called 1-866-550-4161 pressed 1 for billing a woman answered the phone and I explained to her that I did not make the charge, she informed me that I did make the charge but she would refund me minus a 5.99 processing fee even though I was a liar, I asked her for her name, she then told me that if I called back she would charge my card again. I told her I wanted her name. She said she didn't care what I wanted don't call back or she would charge my card repeatedly. I canceled my card immediately and reported the company to my financial institution. I have called the company numerous times and no one will give me an address or anyone's name.
