Pop up on aol in December for kit for $4.95 with a debit card. January 3 my debit card was charged $109.67. January 23 my debit card was charged $69.62 for refills that I have yet to receive. I shop online frequently and have never had this problem. Their risk free "trial" is not apparent on their pages or I would have seen it. Another family member also ordered but received a lesser item starter packu, also did not see risk free "trial" info and had same charges just on different dates. Company offered her a gift card in the amount of $100.00 for MORE of their products. She refused and they offered a $40.00 refund. Unfortunately at this point she did not know of the initial charge of $109.67. We will both be on the phone today trying ro resolve and get our money back. They can have their foul tasting kits back. And why can thwy charge the same $109.67 for two different packs.
