Guardina Financi ripoff

I got a phone call from guardian financi telling me that I could get a creit card (master charge) for a fee of 249.00 they would take in out of my checking account and that there wouldn't be any fees... I would receive the card in 10 days. So because my creit wasn't good and it seem like a good thing at the time I gave them the information and I have yet to receive a card from them. I can't belive I let this happen and I won't let it happen again... I have learn my lesson. Now I am trying to work with my bank to fix this. It's not going to well but I won't stop until this is taken care of... Don't let this happen to you..
