This company was not authorized to take money out of my account when i called to complain they said they would submit a refund in which i did receive an email that I would be refunded within 10 days, it's now Jan 24th & i called everyday and got a different story each time and NOW when I call the phone numbers just ring & ring. $30 might not be alot a money to some people but it is alot of money to me who is the sole provider on a limited income for a family of 3!!! How do i get my money back!!!
