I went on carvinhistory.com for the report on 12-18-11 and got an error message. The next day I called and told them to cancel, as I did not want the $29.95 monthly charges. However, the $29.95 charges showed on my credit card statement for December and the credit card company just told me today they showed up for January. The website above now is gone. The report on the CC statement says CARREPORT with the ph # 888-613-1485. I called and got a message stating they are closed for MLK Day. The other ph #'s give a message (866-610-0652 and 866-610-0654) stating that the ph #'s aren't set up yet. I also tried to verify the cancellation in December, but no one would ever answer. I currently have this in dispute with the cc company.
