Billed as Past Due a Third Month Despite Autopay on January 20

I have just received my latest billing (1/22), from above AND for the third month in a row the say I'm past due over $94.58. When truth is they were paid, by ETF deductions, $94.58 on Jan 20!!! I'm sick of this effort to dbl bil me just because I'm a senior, 77.
