They had a promotional offer in which they did not mention any subscription or that they would charge you the full price of the starter package after two weeks. I randomly got an email saying that my package has shipped and I tried calling customer service to say that I never ordered anything, they would not pick up. I called my bank only to find out that there was a charge for another $119.00 a few weeks ago from the the same company. It says a lot about a company when you call their customer service number and their first option is for those who want to cancel their accounts.
