They do not answer the support phone # and thier live chat support is not available ever! They do not answer emails. They make a lot of claims on the website like 24/7 support and 100% satisfaction guarantees. It's all lies! I have found dozens of online reports of this company scamming and defrauding customers. Yet they have all kinds of logos posted to indicate they are a legitimate. It means nothing! Stay away from this company!!!
