On 4 separate rogers bills since Sept 16 I have been charged $65.00 for Triva questions on my cell phone. I did not subscribe to this service. They charged my phone bill as a 3rd party billing without my approval. When I called the company to complain they indicated that my service was requested, probably via internet. This is BS as it was not done by me. To get a refund they submitted a request to thier financial department, but would not let me talk to anyone senior enough to deal with it immediatly. It is time that there is legislation in place to stop 3rd party billing without the consent of the payee.
