Monthly $17.95 Charges, No Report Received, Cannot Cancel

I never receive any report from their. However their charge $17.95 in my credit card every month. They ask for a credit card information to provide a report. They said that they do not use my credit card, however they take from my credit card $17.95 every month. I tried to cancel but they do not provide any information that helpe me to cancell this charge.
