Company claims to be a finance company that will give you small personal loans at a decent rate for people who have challenging credit&as long as you either have a co-signer or purchase credit insurance&UP FRONT&then somehow they access your credit again and state that you need additional insurance. They make you put this money on some type of card so that when they deduct it, it is non-refundable and not trace-able. Do not use this "company". They use caller id and will not answer you. I received many emails stating that they were refunding my money only to no avail. It is one or two people pretending to be a company and taking your money. Check them on the better business bureau. There are now complaints. NEVER buy insurance up front. It will always be attached to your payment if they are legit.
