Reserved a ticket through them after recommendation from a friend. I transferred the money. It was reserved on Air France. I called the airline and confirmed the tickets. I also selected the seats and everything seemed fine. A few days later some other friends, who had also booked their tickets after the first friend's recommendation, mentioned that they have been duped by the same website. I called the airline again and found out that my reservation was cancelled due to credit card fraud. I called 'Cheaptripagency' and was told that they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed in a few days. After repeated calls and same responses, I requested to cancel my reservation as it was the day before my travel date. I was told that I will get a full refund. Two months later... No refund and both numbers are disconnected. The website is still up. The first friend luckily got his tickets but everyone else didn't. This website is definitely a FRAUD.
