Gift Card Won in Auction Never Received After 100 Bids Purchase

Registered and paid 60 got 100 bids and won a item, I think it was a gift card valued at $10 but have never received it. I have been waiting for it. I had already paid the 60 and then realized one still has to pay for the item won and use the bids too. This is a scam!
