Total and complete ripoff

Last March I bought a car from J. D Byrider to help improve my credit. The price I bought it for was $9998 for a 1995 Chevy cavelier.

My payments are 270 a month for the last 14 months which comes to $3780 for just the first year! After its all said and done I will end up paying over $10,000.

I checked the blue book price of the car and its barely $2000. How can they get away with selling a car for 4 times its worth.

Also when you go their they don't really give you much of a choice as to which car you can get. They showed me 2 cars and i had to pick betweent the 2 of them and i wasnt told the price of it until it was all said and done.

If anyone knows how to go about suing this company or is already in the process of doing so PLEASE let me know.

The government should not let this go on! They are in business to rip people off not to help them. I am a week behind on my payment right now and they already are threatening to come and take it!
