Signed up for site, paid money, got confirmation email, then found out that program is unnecessary to do what I need to. Checked email and was charged for more than what I signed up for. Wanted to cancel but there is nowhere to contact! Also, every time I wanted to log into the membership site, I got a bandwith exceeded error message.
