You Lost my business

I have spent my last dime for LONG time in our Tustin Kohl's. After a very helpful gal helped me gather $50 of stuff, and I decide that I want to come back for an emulsion blender and filtered water bottle, i go to check out. "New Management" decided that we shouldn't be able to check out by the side doors where there have always been checkouts. At the front checkout, I can't use my gift cards and get the discount i got in the mail. So I said keep your crap. On the way out THE SIDE DOORS WHERE MY CAR IS PARKED, i stopped by customer service to ask about a comment card - those aren't kept there, go upstairs between luggage and shoes. OK so you don't want my opinion - well that's fine, I'll tell other potential shoppers instead of you. I'll reach lots more online
