Ed sent me my cat by air cargo from South Carolina to Russia. The cat arrived frostbite and had infection. Ed Manning said he would give me another kitten after I sent back the cat to America.
I did as a breeder wanted. I sent the cat. Ed said that he is a boy color blue with a white mink. I waited for the boy from Ed Manning. Ed wrote to me that all vaccines are made and I can take the boy. I paid the courier Yana Ricotta $ 500..

Ed Manning is a TICA Judge, TICA Breed Director, TICA Region Director. Because of his official position, he gained my trust to steal my money and not deliver the cat. I paid $3500 and Ed Manning refuses to give me my money back. There are other people Ed Manning has done the same thing to. I filed a complaint with TICA but they will not respond to me.
