I paid $3500 for a cat from Ed Manning, TICA Judge, TICA Breed Director, TICA Region Manager. I trusted him because of his position with TICA in America. I have no cat and no money. I filed an Official Complaint Form with TICA. They do nothing about Ed Manning stealing money from overseas buyers.
Since this happened, I ask around about other people that Ed Manning has stolen money from. 7 other people overseas have been victims ofsimiliar crimes by Ed Manniing.
