I ordered adult products from a web site called kittens toy room.com on the 22/11 and still have not recieved my goods.
It is now 21st january and I have emailed their customer service with no reply 3 times and even phoned them only to be put to an answering service.
I have a friend in whitestone NY that has phoned on my behalf to.
I live in Australia and to this date they have made no attempt to contact me to rectify the order or re emberse my account which I paid by visa. Their custemer service number is 7246995634 they are based in illenoise America
