Ordered a Barnes and Noble gift card. Was told I would receive 12-12-11. Never did see it, called and was told oh so sorry, two more weeks. Called, oh sorry, out of stock. Was told on 1-5-12 my money would be returned, on 1-12-12 was told again my money was being refunded. Now it is 1-20-12 and no money. Two days straight and the "customer service" line is busy. What a huge scam!
