I applied for a loan with a multie group loan company that then gave my info to a multiple group of loan companies in December, Ilender.net then after a month decided without phone confirmation that they could withdraw money from my account after a month to see if it was active. I have been trying (through a second job to resolve my own finacial issues on my own) I was over draft by $6.78 when they put. 06 cents in my account ant then with drew it as $. 02, $. 03, and $. 01 cents causing me 3 over drafts! If they can put it in as one, why cant the pull it out as one? I understand that I asked to see if I was eliglble for a loan and would except on my own ingnorance a single overdraft fee. But to be in this situation and suddenly have 3 is not only not helpful, it is completely unexceptable! I never verbaly agread to this and think it is unethical to put an individual in this situation. I will be trying to see if I can make it a legal matter with my Attorney Gernals office to stop this in my state and contacting my congress man to make it illegal in all states. I am a veteran of our wars (meaning more than one) and will use everything I can bring to play against this behavior for all americans that now stuggle in this aconomy. From Iowa.
