My name is Marie Rehberg and I received card in the mail to call 1-866-330-8555 for a survey then receive 100 cash back on groceries at any store, 20% off purchases at Walmart and Home depot. Agent provided an agent # said Stonebridge benefit services/savings to go used to be with Stonebridge Life Insurance Co out Plano TX. She answered every question I asked her, that they had an A= rating with the BBB and provided an address of 2700 West Pkwy Plano TX. Called number today to see why my introductory material had not been received and no one knew anything about it. Supposedly Tracy Upchurch was calling from a call center in Richmond VA and her agent # is 5275 Was given a false customer service number that was in New York instead of VA or TX. So far my credit card has not been charged. Do not fall for this at all.
