I received a fax at work for trips for 149.00 PER person to Miami Beach Florida... After receiving the fax i then called the number on the paper that was faxed to my job... I then talk to amber from encore travel... She gave me a little insight on the package... Which was a 300.00 deposit and after they received the deposit they will send forms to my address to activate for my airfare and hotels... Now while talking to amber about the trip she explained that the hotels that they book are the marriot's, sheridan's, and wydham's and so on... After receiving both my 300.00 deposit for my trip and then my 35.00 twice for my hotel and 50.00 twice for my airfare... She then gave me an itenrary... Which was for none of the hotels she explained to me and then the flight read i was on a eight hour flight to miami... I then called amber to tell her about the itenrary and she replied she will take care of it tomorrow... After calling the next day and so on Mr. David Sinclair and Encore travel didn't answer again... Still trying to call to this day present... Someone needs to arrest these people...
