I checked my bank account and $30 was taken out without authority. Called 877 820 8719 and spoke with 2 different people and they said that this is a one time fee for an online transaction for a bank loan. I told them that it was illegal to take money without authorization. They said they will return my money and close my account. I hadv them if this is not done i will report them to the bbb or fbi.
