Ripoff

I Worked for 1 month and never got paid. He still owes me $1200 and is refusing to pay. He also owes 10 to 13 more individuals, all totaling between 10 and $15,000. Previously in my home town he had an office, which is now completely empty.

I have only been able to contact him one time in the past three weeks. I have left numerous messages for him to call back but to no avail there is still no promise in getting paid. Just to warn others the job consisted of doing resets for Lowes, Home Depot, and any other prominent building supply stores (these stores paid him in a timley fashion but he pocketed the money).

We traveled to different states in the southeast and were Barely givin enough money to get by on. (we slept in the car because he got drunk and forgot to send us money).
