I thought in good faith that i ordered pd 9.0 and the initial charge was suppose to be $35.85. Then a whole bunch of other charges were applied in no time flat and applied to my credit card in the ammount of $73.63. I was also unable to download any of the items to my computer. I am asking for a full refund and charges should be brought against this company for fraud. Barbara church * (personal information removed)
