A man called Alan from the above company contaced my parents and said he would update their computer to which they foolishly agreed. Later, their credit card company contacted them saying that 300 pounds hade been taken by this company. The taking of the money, however, was done without their knowledge or consent. My parents are both 82 years old and have been taken adavantage of. Their computer does now not work.
