I ordered a Logitec K400 keyboard from this site. They charged my credit card and product never arrived. After two email exchanges when they promised that the tracking number will be available in 24 hours and no information, I sent an email asking for cancellation of the order and a refund. No response to that email. Website now does not show my order and my money has not been refunded.
