I too had a $30 charge without a loan or authorization verbal or eletronic and have called numerous times and still not have gotten it back even though they say it will be there in two days. The last time they gave me a new number and the old one is disconnected so I will have to have my bank reverse it. I have gotten an overdraft and they should have to pay for that as well. What a fraudulent company. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
