The EDP Reporting Sterling Card is a debit card without my knowledge. I went to my bank because the unauthorized charge of $159.39 caused an overdraft. The bank representative backed off the charge and I emailed EDP Reporting and they responded from customer service department telling me that they had proof of authorization and that I was not eligible for refund.
