I purchased the Hawaii package. They sent my package out certified mail. Then you have to send in these fees. I sent a total of $470. The $400 was for the package, the $70 was other fees. When I call the 1 (800) 691-1893 number sometimes they will answer and sometimes it says the number is disconnected.
