I ordered the tall classic Romantic uggs. Online they looked exactly what I wanted and they looked real. When I recieved them instead of being light pink they were purple, the logo on the back was huge, and the fur looked way off compared to Ugg fur. When we tried to send them back when had to send them an email wiht the shipping number. The company never gave us a shipping number so we sent them an email saying we wanted to return a item. They have rule that you have to return them within in 7 days. Its been 4 days and we have not gotten an email and it seems that we will be stuck with these fake uggs and not get our money back. After this we sent a very strong detailed email to counterfeit@uggaustralia.com. We are hoping they will be able to take down this web site and maybe even press charges against these people. It is so unbelievable and very annoying that people rip you off like this!!!
