I took up their trial offer of cream & serum costing £5.97 & £5.95 WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED however they took this money from my account on the 01/12 they then had the audacity to take further amounts of £74.95 & £79.99 on the 15/12 I have tried ringing their company without success on a daily basis. My bank has been informed & I have also sent a letter to Trading Standards. I feel well & truly conned by this company it is the first time I have purchased anything over the internet and it will now be my last.
