I have already complained as this company took £74.95 on 16/12 and my bank are now dealing with the complaint. This company has now taken another £74.95 ON 15/1 so it seems that they are going to take this amount every month. My bank cannot do anything about this new transaction for a month so i will have no alternative but to close this bank account and open a new one.
