If your house burns down PNC bank wants you to continue making your mortgage regardless. If you have a bad accident car totaled people hurt my story you have to still make your payments they don't care if you have car insurance homeowners insurance gap insurance. They called me at my place of employment and home everyday 50 times a day asking for a payment. Even after I told them not to call my job they still did and would hang up caller ID people. Finally car insurance paid doesn't matter reported me to credit agency at this point only had 180.00 gap so I started my gap claim. What do they do add on the payment I missed waiting for insurance to settle now I'm back up to 400.00 they won finally I just paid it gap insurance useless. People stay away from this bank if tragedy strikes I hope it doesn't of course see I care about people this is not your bank...
