Terrible experience

I have a home loan with Chase and I haven’t had a good nights sleep since. My insurance company has been great with helping me deal with these lazy people. I had got required flood insurance because FEMA told me to. Everything was wonderful until they started harassing me about getting more coverage.

They want me to pay more money for insurance I don’t want. Chase Bank is notorious for losing data as well. I keep getting notices to up my insurance, and when I call I get the run around. I don’t need more insurance. I’m only going to have what is required of me. Especially for flood insurance!

When you ask to speak with a supervisor you just get the person sitting next to the original employee. These people don’t know how to get problems resolved. The common answer is that they will send an email to the higher level personnel. You never get anything back once that happens.

The staff are just incompetent fools. They ask for your account number and then tell you that it never existed. I’m about ready to refinance just to not have this company anymore. This is just a bunch of unnecessary work on my end.

I don’t need to be inconvenienced every month just because Chase wants more money! These people are not in business to serve you they are only in it for themselves. The CEO probably doesn’t get letters asking him to get more flood insurance. Chase bank is a waste of time!

I hope these fools go under and that the government wises up and not bail them out! I need to get some sleep, guess with the money I won’t pay them for insurance I should go on vacation? Chase Bank should really look into some reality checks instead of insurance checks!
