Charged Monthly After Cancelling $1 Credit Report Trial

I signed up in October to receive my credit report from all three credit companies for a free trial the cost was supposed to be $1. I could cancel anytime within thirty days. I cancelled that month yet my AX has continued to be charged. I have told AX I have been scammed and they are investigating.
