Initial trail of product was charged on 4 September for $1.99
Received trail sample and it reacted on my skin to the point I couldn't continue using it. Sent paperwork back with product and letter of complaint and asked to discontinue account. Didn't hear any thing from the company. Didn't follow up unfortunately. However further charges were made against my account:
11 October charged $72.85
5 November charged $1.99
10 November charged $71.76
12 December charged $71.78. Contacted my bank and raised disputes against these amounts. My Credit card was blocked and a new card issued. Thought this was the end of the situation.
Now I find there are two more deductions on my NEW credit card
4 January $1.99
11 January $70.32. Contacted my bank and I will lodge further disputes against these accounts.
