Miscellaneous

I was charged the $149.95 without permission and have piles of proof of me contacting them for a refund. When I signed up on the website, I did not expect my credit card to be charged the amount of $149.95. I was under the impression that I would be able to buy bids once I was ready to start bidding on the auction with the card they have on file. I have since called and/or e-mailed Bid Sauce several times (10/25/10,11/22/10,11/24/10,11/30/10, and 12/9/10) with no response back from my e-mails. The representative will say they will put the claim thru for my refund and I need to wait 2-7 business days. Nothing happens… so I call again for the same information. I finally received an e-mail saying I will receive a partial refund ($40.00) as the website says that I will be charged the $149.95 in 3 different areas. This is far from the truth. I have re-registered this last week using a fake name and e-mail address and NOT ONCE did I see that my credit card will be charged $149.95 as a matter of fact they didn’t even ask for a credit card number.
No one will give me my full refund like I have asked for several times. I keep getting the run around!
