They charged my credit card $149.75 for bidding points when I registered, unknown to me. It is a fraud! They won't give your money back. There is mostly junk on their auction site. Not known

When I signed up to be a bidder, unknown to me, I was charged $149.75 when I registered my credit card. There is no indication that I would be charged, just sign up and receive free bidding points. I have been trying to get a refund, but to no avail.
