I searched Google for USPS change address form. Changmyaddress.com was the top site returned, so I want to there web page. It gave the appearance that they're affiliated with the USPS. However this is not true. Sadly I did not find this out until today (1/13), when I received a call from my bank asking me for to confirm my mailing address because my statements were returned.
So, I checked into the matter, I called them and well I got switched to a service based outside N.A. The customer service person informed me I was billed for services but it will take 7-10 business days. Yeah right.
Bottom line if you have fallen victim to changemyaddress.com. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
