Miscellaneous

The 2 ingrediants in the "activator" are Sodium hydroxide (NaOH), also known as lye and caustic soda, is a caustic metallic base. Sodium chlorite is a salt-based chemical that also features the element chlorine and not meant for human consumption. When I smelled the product after adding the activator it smelled just like bleach. I will not use this on my dog! When I questioned plaqueblast about this on their fb page, they immediately blocked me from posting comments. I wanted to return the product but their 800 number is all pre recordings and their "contact us" on their website leads you to a blank page. They sent me a message via fb and told me to email them at plaqueblastscam.com. Looks to me with them using the word scam in their email, that they just want my email to be able to block it. Now I am stuck with this toxic product. There are other posts on dogster.com talking about bad side effects when using this toxic product. Fyi to all
