Lack of Cashiers

I wanna make a complaint about Shop-n-Save at Jelapang due to lack of cashiers. As I notice for months already nothing improvement at all. Cashiers are slow and less and having super long queue no matter off peak or peak hours. I can't believe I spent half an hours or above on queuing up. I can see people mostly are using basket not a trolley and the amount they brought just a small amount. What if everyone is using trolley to buy big amounts how are they going to handle? Don't tell me need to spend 2 hours or more on there? I also seeing people queuing up till fainted off. What's wrong with this? I have been feedback to cashier about it and they just said they will feedback to management as in charge manager not around. I seriously need management to look in through it and solve this matter seriously.
